Common questions
Which structure is right for my business?
It depends on what the business earns, who owns it, the risks it carries and your plans for it. Sole traders, companies, trusts and partnerships are each taxed differently. John looks at your situation and explains the trade-offs before you decide, and works with a lawyer on the documents where one is needed.
My lodgements are behind. Where do I start?
Call and tell John how far behind you are. He finds out from the ATO what's outstanding and gathers the records needed. Then he lodges in an order that limits penalties and interest where that's possible.
Will you work with my bookkeeper?
Yes. If you have a bookkeeper, John works with them on the records. If you don't, he can introduce one he works with.
