John Ayoub
Director and principal of Unique Accountants since 1993. John is a registered tax agent and an Associate of The Tax Institute, and started his career in 1987.
Background
John leads Unique Accountants from its office at Level 4, 70 Phillip Street in the Sydney CBD. Clients come to him for their yearly tax and accounts, and for matters that need more care: company structures, acquisitions and projects, late lodgements, accounts that won't reconcile, and disputes, including those with the ATO or where lawyers are involved.
His career began in credit in 1987 and moved into financial accounting. Through those roles and his own practice he has spent many years working with main contractors and subcontractors on credit and cost control, and dealing with the ATO on debts and disputes.
